We do not guarantee continuous uptime, survey or offer availability, reward values, or payout timelines. Provider availability and reward rates are subject to change without notice. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CashSprint's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform is limited to the value of rewards credited to your account in the 30 days preceding the claim. In no event shall CashSprint be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revision, you must stop using the Platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, Canada. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory protections available to you under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

CashSprint administrators may review account access, rewards, and payout eligibility for breach of these terms, fraud, suspicious activity, chargebacks, or operational risk. During review, pending and available rewards may be held, adjusted, rejected, or reversed when policy violations or risk checks require it.
CashSprint is provided "as is." Our liability is limited to rewards credited to your account. We may update these Terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance. Governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
Account details, profile basics, survey and reward events, support messages, referral relationships, payout requests and destinations, and technical data (IP, device identifiers) for fraud prevention.

Payout Policy
VIP Terms

These VIP Terms apply to the optional CashSprint VIP membership and are in addition to the Terms of Service and Payout Policy. VIP is a paid subscription that provides membership benefits; it does not change how rewards are earned, tracked, or approved.
New eligible members may start a 7-day free VIP trial with no credit card required. The trial is limited to one per user and may require manual review if abuse signals are detected. During the trial you receive VIP benefits, including the reward boost and lower cashout minimums. Trial reward bonuses are capped as shown on the VIP page.
After any trial, VIP membership is $2.99 per month in CAD, billed through Stripe. Membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize CashSprint, via Stripe, to charge your payment method on each renewal date. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
You can cancel anytime from Manage subscription. When you cancel, VIP benefits remain active until the end of the current paid period, after which they end and standard limits apply. Cancelling during a free trial prevents any charge.
VIP benefits include a reward boost on approved earning activities, lower cashout minimums, priority payout review, and a VIP badge. The reward boost applies only to approved, credited earning rewards. If a provider reverses a reward, the related VIP bonus may also be reversed. Lower cashout minimums apply only while VIP access is active.
VIP does not guarantee earnings, survey qualification, offer availability, reward tracking, or payout approval. VIP changes membership perks only — all rewards remain subject to provider confirmation, review, and the Payout Policy.
Membership fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. CashSprint may suspend or revoke VIP access, without refund, where fraud, chargeback abuse, or policy violations are detected.
Reward Tracking Policy

This policy explains how CashSprint tracks the rewards you earn from third-party providers (such as survey and offer partners) and when those rewards become available for payout. It is in addition to the Terms of Service and Payout Policy.
Most rewards are credited automatically when a provider sends CashSprint a confirmation (a "callback") that you completed or were screened out of an activity. Tracking depends on the provider's own systems. Blocking cookies, using VPNs or ad blockers, or leaving an activity early can prevent a provider from reporting a completion, in which case a reward may not be credited.
Credited rewards may be shown as pending until the provider confirms them and a standard reward hold has passed. Pending rewards are tracked separately from your available balance and unlock reward-by-reward after confirmation, review, and the hold.
Rewards may be reviewed manually. Providers can reverse a reward after it is credited (for example, if a survey response is flagged as low quality or fraudulent). When a provider reverses a reward, CashSprint may reverse the corresponding credit and any related VIP bonus.
If you believe a reward was tracked incorrectly, contact support with the activity details. CashSprint can investigate and, where a provider confirms the completion, credit the reward. CashSprint cannot credit rewards that a provider does not confirm.
CashSprint does not guarantee that every activity will track, that you will qualify for any survey or offer, or that any specific reward will be credited or approved for payout. Estimated reward amounts are not guaranteed.
