1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CashSprint in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use payout services in your country of residence to register an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
Each person may hold only one CashSprint account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and keep your profile details current.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination:
- Creating multiple accounts or using false identities
- Using VPNs, proxies, or anonymization tools to manipulate reward eligibility or bypass regional restrictions
- Automating interactions with surveys, offers, or any platform feature through scripts or bots
- Submitting dishonest, false, or inconsistent survey answers
- Abusing the referral system, including self-referrals or organized referral rings
- Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes for approved payouts
- Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with platform systems
- Any activity intended to fraudulently obtain rewards, bonuses, or payouts
5. Rewards and Payouts
Rewards are credited subject to provider confirmation, platform eligibility checks, and administrative review. CashSprint reserves the right to hold, adjust, reject, or reverse any reward when provider data changes, callbacks fail, or risk checks require review. Payout approval is not guaranteed and is subject to administrative discretion.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
CashSprint and its administrators reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at their sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
- A user breaches any provision of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected on the account
- Chargebacks or payment disputes are filed against approved payouts
- The account poses a financial, legal, or operational risk to the platform
- Multiple accounts or coordinated abuse involving the account are identified
Upon termination, any pending or available rewards may be permanently forfeited. CashSprint is not obligated to provide advance notice before terminating an account for policy violations and is not liable for any loss of rewards resulting from termination due to breach of these terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
CashSprint is provided "as is" during the open beta phase. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, reward availability, payout timelines, or survey inventory. Provider availability and reward rates may change without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CashSprint's liability is limited to the value of rewards credited to your account. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of CashSprint after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

- Account data: name, email address, hashed password, account creation date
- Profile data: country, language, currency preference, age band
- Activity data: survey and offer event records, reward credits, referral relationships
- Payout data: payout requests, amounts, and payment destination details
- Support data: messages exchanged with the support team
- Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, and browser information for fraud prevention

3. Information Sharing
We share your user ID and required tracking data with survey and offer providers solely to credit completed activities and prevent duplicate rewards. Payout destination details are shared with payment processors only as required to complete an approved payout. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If your account is closed or terminated, data may be retained for a reasonable period for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes.
5. Cookies and Session Data
CashSprint uses session cookies to maintain your signed-in state. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are placed by this platform.
6. Your Rights
You may request account deletion or a summary of your stored data by contacting us through the on-site support messenger. Requests are subject to fraud prevention obligations and applicable legal retention requirements.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Cashouts
Payout Rules

1. Email Verification
A verified email address is required before any payout request can be submitted. Unverified accounts cannot access the payout flow.
2. Starter Bonus Lock
The $5 signup bonus is locked until the account generates $50 in confirmed provider revenue. This protects the reward pool from fraudulent signups and ensures the bonus is earned through real platform activity.
3. Payout Minimums
The minimum for a first payout is $20 CAD unless adjusted by an administrator for a specific account. Subsequent payouts use a lower repeat minimum as configured. Minimums are subject to change.
4. Withdrawal Fee
A 5% withdrawal fee is deducted from the requested amount before payment is sent. The exact fee is displayed on the payout request screen before submission.
5. Supported Payout Methods
Currently supported methods: Interac e-Transfer, Bitcoin (BTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Litecoin (LTC). Additional methods may be added in future updates.
6. Review Process
All payout requests are subject to manual administrative review. Only one pending payout request may be open at a time. Risk flags, unresolved referral holds, or pending reward reviews may delay or prevent approval.
7. Rejected Payouts
Payouts may be rejected if risk checks fail, if the account has been flagged for suspicious activity, or if provider confirmation is incomplete. Funds from a rejected payout are not automatically returned to the available balance and are subject to administrative review.
8. No Guarantee of Payout Approval
Submitting a payout request does not guarantee approval. CashSprint reserves the right to decline any payout request that does not meet eligibility requirements or that is associated with policy violations.
